Life is full of seasons… more than just winter, spring, and football season. Personally, I have experienced challenging seasons full of confusion and uncertainty. In 2019, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness followed by the passing of my grandmother. With the Pandemic shutdown, my college experience ended abruptly. Looking back, I am grateful for those challenges because they have shaped my perspective. These "seasons" have taught me the importance of valuing those around me and appreciating the people who enter my life. Keeping that perspective in mind, my goal is to help clients stay grounded amidst the overwhelming complexities and emotions of life.
I was born in Salisbury, MD, and left home to attend the University of Tennessee, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Finance. After graduating, I returned home to receive a Master's in Business Administration from Salisbury University.
Since moving to Nashville in 2022, I have been enjoying all that this city has to offer. Whether it is attending Predator hockey games, spending time on the lake, golfing with friends, or simply taking walks through the parks...I am making Nashville my home. When I am not working, I cherish my free time spent outdoors with friends and attending church.
